Former senior adviser to the Clintons, Mark Penn, said on “Fox & Friends” Friday that Bill and Hillary should withdraw from the public eye and start donating their speaking fees to charity.

Penn said it was detrimental to the Democratic party to have the Clintons front and center, especially with the midterms less than a month away. (RELATED: Former Hillary Clinton Adviser Points Out Double Standard In Mueller Investigation)

“At the moment, having the Clintons do a roadshow isn’t the best thing for the party that needs to move forward,” Penn said. “But I don’t really understand why this wouldn’t be completely for charity. Why would they go out and give a speaking tour for individuals to pay $75 to $700 to listen. That doesn’t make any sense to me.”...

Hillary is much worse than Bill, and Bill is self-centered and destructive enough. Hillary could care less about the Democrats. It's all about her. Back in the day, when Peggy Noonan actually wrote meaningful and sometimes cutting stuff, she wrote a column about the Clinton's narcissism (can't find it just now, but probably most FReepers know it).
