First of all, F**k both of ‘em!

Secondly, this is rich: ““Last night the White House moved forward without consulting me, picking controversial candidates from its initial list And ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WITH NO JUDICIAL EXPERIENCE who had not previously been suggested,” Feinstein said in a statement.” Elena Kagan - an ultra-liberal, was confirmed to the SUPREME COURT without any judicial experience and Feinstein had nothing to say about it...

“Instead of working with our office to identify consensus nominees for the 9th Circuit, the White House continues to try to pack the courts with partisan judges who will blindly support the President’s agenda...

Which is to uphold and support the Constitution, to protect individual rights, and to put the brakes on legislating from the bench. How dastardly of the President!

The constitional advice and consent function is a function of the Senate, and it confers no special power or authority on any individual Senator. Senate customs are just that customs, not law, and sometimes not even in formal Senate rules.

The Leftists/Progressives have been using the “blue slip” to continue their packing of the courts for decades, insuring what they now call “mainstream” is just their own Left/Liberal orthodoxy. To concede a power to individual Senators over the selection of judges for circuit courts in their states, is against the division of sovereign powers between the states and the federal government. It’s akin to letting states choose federal positions over them. It’s a custom that never should have been started.

The time for dissent against a judicial nominee is when voting for a nominee in committee or on the floor of the Senate, not with an erroneous “privilige” that allows individual Senators powers that belong only to the Senate as a whole.

“Traditionally, presidents have deferred to home state senators when nominating federal judges, agreeing not to nominate people unless those senators returned their blue slip in support of the prospective judge.”

I can hear Trump in my head saying, “Why? Why does it have to done that way when the Constitution says differently?”

It takes 26 Red States for the Republicans to create a permanent firewall in the Senate to ensure the Judiciary doesn’t become the property of the uncivil radicals.

The following 22 States seem to fit the bill long-term, though they have some challenges (such as Doug Jones in Alabama) to cleanup.

Alaska, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana
North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Indiana Missouri, Kentucky, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas
Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia
South Carolina, Mississippi

Which 4 (better to plan for 6+) of the following 9 States can definitely be this way long term if the conservatives will do their work.

Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Wisconsin, Arizona, Virginia, Nevada

Here are 9 tougher possibilities.

Minnesota, Michigan, Colorado, New Hampshire, Maine, New Jersey, Delaware, Oregon, New Mexico

These 10 seem like lost causes as they’d vote for extremist Democrats shamelessly if their nutcases kept shooting more Republican congressmen every day like they did to Scalise last year & if they keep picking candidates like those 2 NJ US Senators, Keith Ellison, and Bill Clinton.

California, New York, Vermont, Mass, CT, RI, Maryland, Washington, Hawaii, Illinois

The #1 priority for the Federalists (and others who care about the Constitution being followed) needs to be to clean up the roster in those first 22 States

Joe Manchin of WV
Lisa Murkowski of AK
Doug Jones of AL
Heitkamp of ND
Tester of MT
McCaskill of MO
Donnelly of IN

Did I miss any big problems in those 22 states?

With a solid firewall we can ensure that the Constitution will be followed by the Courts.

“Instead of working with our office to identify consensus nominees for the 9th Circuit, the White House continues to try to pack the courts with partisan judges who will blindly support the President’s agenda, instead of acting as an independent check on this Administration,” Lily Adams, Harris’ communications director, said in a statement.

BOO-HOO.... Cry me a river. The thing to really do is to break up the 9th Circuit into some smaller courts and do away with the LIBTARD contingent there forever.

We win, they lose, is Dan Bongino’s phrase. And I add, if we do not win, the Republic will end under hate-filled, Republic hating fiends who use mob action to try and fulfill their lust to rule over US and silenxe US forever. The demonrat party IS the ENEMY of the American Republic.

I thought, incorrectly it appears, that the Senate had done away with blue slips for judicial appointments. From the dreaded Wikipedia: Swinestein 'bout destroyed her career with all the Kav contortions.
