Phil Bredesen and his campaign have been shown to lie to Tennesseans, saying one thing to persuade voters on the campaign trail but clearly planning to do something entirely different should he get into office.

Funny thing though. In the report and in the article they posted they said ..
"Officials with Tennessee Victory 2018, a Democratic-run organization working with candidates state-wide, say the people seen in the video have never worked for Bredesen and have no working knowledge of his campaign's tactics or strategies."
Go to the 7:10 mark in the video and see who Bredesen is standing with. Why, it's the very people the PV gal had been talking to! And she was there to catch the moment on video. Imagine that.

And volunteers are given talking points so they're all on the same page. It's standard operating procedure. I imagine after Bredesen's statement about voting Yes on Kavanaugh created such a backlash from democrat voters, he and they felt the need to get the new talking points to everyone. It could be why he met with those folks.
I reckon people who haven't heard of PV will look up the video in order to see the whole thing rather than the few short clips shown on TV. And maybe, just maybe, republicans who were even considering voting for Bredesen will wake up to reality.
This should help bury the prick.
Had to be Channel 2. They are left wing hacks. Watch MeTV late at night, they own it in Nashville. They run the worst, lying, propaganda called PSA’s. It’s laughable.
I’m not surprised with their fake denials. I thought they’d go the “well, Gov. Bredesen isn’t in those videos and we don’t know any of these people so it’s just right wing fakery” gambit.
Yeah, that’s the ticket.
And can the national people (Rush, Hannity, FoxNews, etc) get the pronunciation of Bredesen right? It even annoys me.
I’ve heard “Breed-E-son”; “Breed-ER-son”; “Bread-son”, etc.
It was Channel 5. They’re lefties, too, big time. We watch them because they have the most accurate weather forecasts.
I’ve had a few fun email exchanges with them regarding pieces they’ve done and wonder what response I’ll get from Chris Conte about this one. Rory Johnson really gets snippy. LOL
They couldn’t go with Bredesen not being in the videos because he was. It would have been real fun if they HAD tried to go that route.
I don’t know why the problem pronouncing his name. Some people have trouble with that sort of thing but you’d think people like Rush, Hannity, etc. would at least take the time to find out.

And what’s with sports media in Nashville? WORST EVER. I’ve seen better local sports news in smaller markets that cover more. Even sports radio sucks. Can’t even get a game on any station. Try getting a MLB playoff game on radio this month. I drive around a lot and like a break from all the podcast.
I didn’t see Bredesen in them but I didn’t watch the whole 10 minutes. I would think him on video saying the same thing would be more devastating.
They’re quite left if you pay attention. Some of Rory’s emails have been a scream, he got so snippy. Steve Hayslip (I miss him) was pretty decent and Carrie Sharp is.
Yes, they’re Scripps but I know nothing about them.
I do miss Ron Howes a lot. All the other weather people were on the same page when he was there. Now they all have different forecasts and you have to average them out. Still the most accurate over all.
You’re asking the wrong person about sports. LOL! I don’t follow any sports. I used to be a big NASCAR fan until they ruined it with the rule changes. Haven’t watched a race I years.
