I'm starting to wonder if Trump isn't interested in retribution. I wonder if he's said to himself "Hey, I've got 4 years for sure and maybe 8 to do as much for the country as I possibly can". So I'm wondering if he's just not wasting time on it right now. If it came to the point where he was prosecuting dems right out of the blocks then it's likely nothing would have gotten done. He would have pissed off "moderate" rino leftist sympathizers too much.

I'm hoping that after the mid terms the gloves are off. Hopefully he's been setting the stage for draining the swamp and November 9 will see him pulling the plug.

I agree. After Jeff Sessions' quick recusal, Trump decided to go to work on his agenda. I think he put the DOJ and Jeff Sessions problems on the back burner, while he racked up his many successes, and while he built his political capital.

Trump did say that at some point he would have to get involved. Right after the mid terms, I think is that point.

Sessions and Rosenweasel will be jettisoned.

"Enjoy the show".

LOL.
