My state, NJ, is doomed. It's broke and my fellow citizens foolishly elected a tax and spend liberal as governor. But not just any taxing, massive taxing. Well, you might say, he needs to pay down the debt load. Nope, using the money for freebies.

Friends are moving back to IL to be near 8 grandkids. They are getting a 4500 sq ft house for 250k but the taxes are 10k per year. The taxes can only go up. The house was on the market 600 days.
