The USA’s type of government: constitutional federal republic
The individual states may be democracies, but the USA is not.
Federalism. The states would never have entered into the union without the 10th Amendment and the Senate where they had equal representation.
The Dems now want to eliminate the Electoral College saying one man, one vote. They want to erase the states and just treat them as administrative units. It would undo the Constitution and unravel our Republic.
