Timing is important but, after the midterms and probably after Thanksgiving, we round up and jail those who made teroristic threats, incited violence and encouraged overthrow of the government. We should not tip our hand and, for a time, we will not allow them legal representation.
What can they do? Call Trump a Nazi? They already do that. Throw a tantrum? They do that anyway. Plus, we can claim they are being detained for their own safety and protection. We let them live like Julian Assange for about a month and either convict them or release them.
They will totally freak out over it but that won’t seem unusual given what they’ve already said in their hysteria and it gives us almost 2 years before the 2020 elections for it to all blow over in the public mind.
