Rush has achieved much but as somene on the daily Rush thread noted he mostly is the audiobook version of the Drudge Report these days. If you watch his camera you can see Drudge always displayed on one of his computers.
Been months since I’ve visited Drudge’s site. The ramping-up of his anti-Trump, anti-conservative headlines was the finale straw.
His shtick got old 20 years ago. When he fielded seminar callers equating Trump and Hillary during the GOP nomination race, that was enough for me. Hitting with the flat of the sword during the 8 years of Obola’s fundamental transformation of AMerica was beyond the pale, too...”I’ll tell you when to panic folks...don’t doubt me folks”
Meh. A radio nerd feathering his nest. No thanks. He’s not only NOT the tip of the spear anymore, he’s not even in the convoy.
Rush was first and foremost an entertainer. He is good at what he does, but is on the downhill side of his career (not knocking it, I have been hearing him for over 30 years!)
He is part of the establishment in a way. Still relevant, but an elder not a disrupt er.
