From the article and reading around there are many small and rural towns well inland that were decimated and have dire needs. I’m not a logistics specialist but I wonder if they can get some choppers in there with water and MRE’s and rescue critical patients when leaving?? Or maybe they already are but media doesn’t tell us.
It’s hard to get a real number of missing from the news. I start to read something that says it was published 10 minutes or 3 hours ago only to find it was written yesterday or longer and they just changed headline..clever and devious. The closest I can get is roughly 250 missing from Mexico Beach.
