First, she said No. Second, she is not eligible. Third, apparently there is pending investigation of spending by her or her office. Fourth, she is popular in current role but that is unlikely, very unlikely to transfer to a national campaign. My guess is that she’ll do as she says work with President Trump in another role, maybe on campaign?
I doubt she would win any electoral votes in the southeast.
