Soon after Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker announced the passing of his father, some liberal Twitter users went after the Republican incumbent.
Llewellyn Scott Walker, a retired Baptist preacher, passed away on Sunday, and the governor canceled weekend events to be with his family. In response to news of the governor's passing, one Twitter user wrote, "May all Republicans eat sh#t always and forever."
After one Twitter user responded with a call for compassion, the same person responded, "Compassion for team trump? Really? lol. These arnt people. Politicians arnt people. [sic] This is just another PR opportunity for this sh#tbag."
Another user said they hoped Walker's father was well, but then added, "Republicans are the biggest threat to America."
"So sorry that he didn't raise an honest, ethical man like he was," wrote another Twitter user.
Some even theorized that Walker had a hand in his father's death. Their evidence was the belief that he had diabolical character, as demonstrated by his policies.
Walker is running against Democrat Tony Evers in a competitive gubernatorial race. The RealClearPolitics polling average shows Evers with just under a 5 percent lead over the incumbent.
P.S. And Governor Walker losing to Tony Evers is just a Socialist Wet Dream. Ain’t gonna happen.

I refuse to believe these polls. How could the good folks of Wisconsin toss Gov. Walker under the bus after all he has accomplished?

Folks here could learn the optics when they say similar things about liberals in similar situations.
How could the good folks of the United Kingdom toss Sir Winston Churchill under the bus after all he has accomplished? And just six weeks after VE Day?
Again, damn these people.

As a result of the causes that are fundamental to the democrats, they are losing their souls. They are becoming the walking dead.

Before the rest of the nation embraced Progressivism, Wisconsin had its own Progressives. For decades, there was no Democrat party in Wisconsin, as they had become anathema in many northern states after the Civil War. Because in any parliamentary form of representative government, there tends to be a split to each side of every question, the Republicans themselves split between the “Old Guard” and the firebrand “Progressives”. Even so, the fiction was maintained for years that “Progressives” were still “Republicans”. The Progressives became more and more enamored with all thing Soviet and Communist, and adopted much of the Communist Manifesto as their own party platform. About this time, Joseph McCarthy rose to prominence in Wisconsin (shortly after the Second World War) and went on the full frontal attack against all things that related to Soviet Communism, and by implication, that included the Progressives. So the Progressives went through a feeble “peace treaty” with the Republicans, then went underground. About that time, a nascent Democrat party was being formed, and all these crypto-Communists migrated to the newly emergent Democrats.
Revenge has always been their objective, not meely to beat the Republicans at the polls, but to drive them out altogether. Their house organ was the Madison, Wisconsin, newspaper known as the “The Capital Times”, edited by an old Progressive, Bill Evjue, who loudly proclaimed he was an “anti-Fascist”, and since he opposed the Republicans, therefore the Republicans had to be, by definition, “Fascist”. But virtually every program he espoused had first been introduced under “National Socialism” in Germany under Adolf Hitler, except he carefully soft-pedaled the anti-Semitic aspects. Not exactly a Fabian Socialist, but still only moving in increments. Still, the interest was in eventually eliminating all opposition.
They say exactly the same thing.
These are the folks who load people on to cattle cars and ship them to processing centers where final solutions can be implemented.
They’ve tried to hide it in the past, but today they make less effort.
They constantly prove the truth of the old saying about leftists “loving humanity” but hating actual people. To leftists, “humanity” is this monolith to be used to attain leftist ends, that’s why they always know what’s best for everyone in the universe, better than the individuals know for themselves, and in spite of what those individuals would prefer for themselves. That’s why “the personal is political” for leftists, because people aren’t individual humans with their own goals and desires, they are a tool, a means to leftist ends. That’s why to a leftist, it is a perverse sin for a human to even merely desire to just be left alone even if they aren’t affecting anyone else.
