Sunday on CNNs State of the Union, Governor John Kasich (R-OH) said President Donald Trump and Republicans confirming Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Brett Kavanaugh would be a short-term win.
Kasich said, Im not happy about the process.
He continued, Let me tell you what Im particularly worried about; our leaders need to stop playing a zero-sum game, like flipping a coin. I win, you lose. Leaders need to figure out how to bring people together. They can have a victory but cant leave the person who loses advantage wish vanquished, any tactic is acceptable, and we use our tongues and say things that we ultimately can deeply regret. The tongue can also be powerful through the use of social media. Whats required? it requires leadership to stabilize, to make sure that theyre not vanquishing their opponent.

He’s auditioning for a TV Show on CNN or MSNBC.
Lol Chauncey...loved that movie
Seems like he's always been one.......
Kasich is a Democrat, pure and simple.
He doesn’t understand the concept of ‘freedom’... we don’t all need to ‘get along’... or ‘come together’ or ‘heal’ or whatever BS the democrats are pushing out now that they’re out of power.
Democrats need to realize what they’re selling isn’t going over - and they need to change what they’re offering. That’s how people come together - not by some stupid ‘kumbaya’ holding hands insanity.
All the other republican presidential primary candidates, except ¡JEB! and Karsick have made up with and supported Trump, but these two losers just can’t let go.
Ohio - get rid of this boil on your @$$...
I heard his father tossed mail in the dumpster rather than deliver it.
It was a mindless quote from a mindless guy. Sorry about the headache.
I was just kidding...laughed when I saw the quote there.
Cheers!
I, too, was just kidding! Tired of winning yet?
I tuned in Morning Joe today for the first time in over two years.
You would have sworn the hole crew had been banished to the gulag. What a whining, sickening, pathetic display.
You know, when we were losing, when the Third Worlder was racing to take us there too, I took my hits, business-wise, tax-wise, certainly medical-care-wise, and definitely love-and-concern-wise for my country.
But I didn't pee and moan and cry and hire counselers and shrinks. We sucked it up, kept our powder plentiful and dry, we not only rode it out, we worked our way through.
This precious little cadre, or cabal---The Left. They are weak, dishonest, despicable.
The ONLY way they ever win is by losing so badly they drag all of us down.
We have to fight not to let that happen again.
