When 1/3 of the work force of a manufacturing company is white collar, there’s a problem.

With ever increasing use of automated manufacturing processes, one would expect that the % of white collar jobs will increase; but to 1/3?

These white collar workers should have few problems finding new jobs, many of them with higher salaries.

A handful of white collar uppers are going away early next year.

Maybe 5 or 6.

The place is rather small though in the US. A lot of admin and leadership stuff is going back to Europe.
