Oral arguments were scheduled on six cases last week.
Traditionally, Judges don’t vote on cases where they did not hear the oral arguments. Tradition is not law.

Cases began presentation to SCOTUS last Monday, Oct 1
Justice K will not be allowed to vote on those cases.
