BISMARCK — A Minnesota woman pleaded guilty to voting twice during the 2016 election in a Cass County (N.D.) court Tuesday, Sept. 25, marking a rare prosecution of such an offense in North Dakota.

Hannan Yassin Aboubaker of Shakopee, Minn., entered an Alford plea on a Class A misdemeanor "election offense," meaning she didn't admit wrongdoing but acknowledged she may have been found guilty based on the evidence. Her sentence was deferred and she was placed on unsupervised probation for six months, two months after which the case would be dismissed and the file would be sealed.

and .02 % of how many votes cast nationally in 2012.
What is that number.
Total voted on Nov 2012 for President? more 120 million

Or total of primaries and November votes ?

.02 % of more than 120 million is not a small number. 24,000

changed their mind, had intended to move to NH.

No one wants to prosecute them even if we learned they voted in NH and another state?

Will the legislature get rid of his law?

Can we force NH to change law and only allow same day for local not Federal offices?

That is one reason I don’t like early voting. This allows the left to register in several states and then vote in all of them.. That is why the /Democrats spend so much money on campaigns..

While being unhappy about this, let’s remem recent things:

A new gov agency, staffed w retirees, not needing salary, who get the Feds into *state* matters.

NC eastern section hit w request for ALL INFO RELATED TO VOTING ! — about which they screamed loudly.

VERY INTERESTING ~~~~

One other bit of news at the time of the above was the arrest of 19 across some states for vote fraud.

I don’t know on what basis the writer describes this as ‘rare’ since there has never been a serious investigation.

What with “early voting”, “absentee ballots”, out-of-state college students, and “provisional ballots” to anybody who throws a hissy fit at the polls, how can anybody serious say this is rare?
