This stuff has been going on for decades. I worked at a place the women managers and employees had their own empowerment meetings, at which they entertained every woman who had an axe to grind against the awful “sexist” men.
I believe that there are women who were victims of sexual assault. It's nothing new. Back when I was a young girl in the 1950s we were dressed like little girls and knew to tell mommy and daddy if a guy got too friendly. But the sheer numbers of women who've joined in on "Me Too" movement? I'm not buying it. At least some of them are using the movement to justify behavior they participated in. JMHO

When I was at MIT, either Harvard or BU newspaper (maybe both) printed a list of every male on campus under the heading “Present or Future Rapists” (or some such).
This was the early 1980s.
Yes, it has. I once worked at a location where the VP's "admin aide" had accused so many men of sexual harassment that the corporate attorney told her that she would be sanctioned if she ever filed another. Told her to take future complaints to the police.
