no. Collins is acting like she could still flake-out on the final vote for confirmation on Saturday ... we won’t know about Collins until 3 pm EST when Collins has a big announcement to make then ... personally i think flake will hold ... don’t know about Manchin ... we could lose any one of those three and Pence could still break the tie ... lose two and the Pub party loses its Brett Bounce this November ...
