“Did they get the 51 votes needed?”

Yes. I was posting this super quick so didn’t explain it but yes they got the 51 votes necessary to cut off debate and have a vote this weekend. This also suggests but doesn’t prove he has the votes for confirmation.

And actually, only 50 votes were needed because Pence could break a tie.

Manchin’s vote is not solid. He was just going along to say he voted for Confirm but if Collins flips or Fake this PM, he will vote no on approval tomorrow, bet on it. These A holes do not vote on winning elections or representing what their constituents want, they vote by party, period end of story. The GOPe have no alegience.
