The second episode of CBS’s rebooted version of the political comedy Murphy Brown aired October 4 and the chosen hot-button issues to punch were: bashing White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ honesty and the introduction of a DACA student. If it were not for lame liberal talking points, this show would have no dialogue.

Murphy Brown: more banal, boring, hate tv.
Hollywood thinks Trump-bashing is an audience draw.
People desert political shows in droves. We don’t want liberal politics when we’re entertained.
They still don’t get it.
My wife was watching a movie last night so old that Candace Bergen was attractive.
They have to force-feed us liberalism because it gets repeatedly rejected at the ballot box.
Despite the fact liberals dominate the culture, they’re insecure about America’s acceptance of them.
Is it true her brother Charlie McCarthy gave her some wood as a kid ?
Shows like this one and the reboot of Will and Hate are pure leftist bile / propaganda. The CBS execs. know these shows are loss leaders, but the financial loss is justified by the “Cause” as long as other shows bring in the coin and keep the share holders happy.
Candace was a cute woman at one time. They can’t bring it back so they bring in this old retread.
CBS figured we want to see more geriatric liberals spewing their ideology on TV.
They’d rather run this leftist propaganda that gets practically zero viewers ratings-wise than run a right-of-center show that’s a ratings bonanza. Their hatred for normalcy and decency runs so deep that it’s grossly incompetent from a business standpoint. If I were a stockholder in these networks, I would be really pissed off at this willful mismanagement.

I see the show as some fake reality show with some comic lines in the middle, and just blended-in political spin. It’ll surprise if they make to the end of the season, because of marginal viewership.
I sure am glad I have a DVD of David Zucker’s ‘American Carole’.

There is an audience for Trump bashing, Colbert is the leading example. CBS figures they only need liberals for the show to be a success.
Candace Bergen in 72. I suppose the win here is that liberals get old and never give up their power to a younger generation. This must make it harder for a newer generation of liberals to gain fame, fortune and influence. Thus, liberalism is weakened over time until, eventually, it will die of old age and failure to reproduce.

I saw a trailer of the show last night, and it said, “She’s back!!!” She’s also FAT!!! and still nasty, and I won’t watch the obnoxious shrew this time either.
