I have not heard either. But is important to note that the Department of Justice was not subpoenaed. Jeff Sessions was.

They have a link to the subpoena document itself (https://judiciary.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/092718_Subpoena.pdf ), which is addressed to Attorney General Jeff Sessions himself.
I am not sure of the legal conventions or implications, but is a big deal if those documents were handed over today, or not.
