Kind of reminds me of those in my generation who went out and protested the Vietnam war, and screamed and spat on returning troops. They sure were proud of themselves. They’re all old now, like me, and a good many of them are also pretty conservative, and now realize they were wrong. We would have won that war in a very short time, we’re told by historians (not to mention the communist leaders). All those (mostly) young men died or wounded, when victory was right around the corner...But because politicians listened to a bunch of screaming, spitting spoiled brats, and the college professors and media that egged them on, we withdrew. Oddly enough, it gives me a bit of hope to know that many of those dumb kids finally wised up, with age; maybe the current crop of idiots will, too.

Wikied her to find out. Her rise to fame came in a topless music video for a song called Blurred Lines. This song was controversial for two reasons (not incl the 3 topless models jiggling away in it):
1) The writer/singer ripped off most of the song from an oldie by Marvin Gaye, and was successfully sued for copyright infringement by the late singer's estate.
2) "The song's lyrics and music video have proven controversial with some groups, with claims that it is misogynistic and promotes date rape."
Well now, ain't that second one interesting? A self-proclaimed radical feminist clawing her way to the top of the (steaming) pile by glorifying date rape.
These violent clowns have to be prosecuted.
