A GoFundMe campaign has raised more than $550,000 to support Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his family, in the wake of allegations of sexual assault being leveled against him.

John Hawkins, who owns conservative blog, Right Wing News, said he created the GoFundMe eight days ago because he was "disgusted" by Kavanaugh's treatment throughout his nomination....

...Hawkins went on to say that he that all of the money collected "will go to Brett Kavanaugh's family or alternately, if they refuse to accept it, to a charity of their choice." In a recent update to the crowdfunding page, Hawkins wrote that he has been in touch with a staffer for the judge who told him Kavanaugh's team is aware of the GoFundMe.

In my opinion, the very FACT that $500K was raised on behalf of the Kavanaugh family is just as important as the money itself. It serves to show the family that America is with them. Perhaps it will help with some legal bills.

They should use the money to hire the best lawyers in the world to sue everyone involved in this character assassination.

I agree. The symbolism is important.

I hope he doesn’t donate any of this to centers for abused women in order to try and appease the left.

This poor man, even if confirmed, is going to be harassed for the rest of his days. They have to start calling police and laying charges when this happens in restaurants, etc.

What about arresting the hogs that vandalized and defecated on his property?

Alan Dershowitz commented tonight on FOX that Judge KAV has every right to sue any false witness who made such public statements (and he hopes the Judge does so). This would clean the pockets of a few operatives, the DNC coffers, or both.

Prayers for Judge KAV and his family continue.

4 Oct: Daily Mail: EXCLUSIVE: ‘Christine Ford threw her under the bus.’ Strained ‘sex assault’ witness Leland Keyser is seen for the first time as close family member confirms she did NOT corroborate school friend Ford’s story to FBI
•Pictured in DailyMailTV exclusive photos for the first time since news Ford named her, Keyser showed the stress of being put into the national spotlight
•The close relative expressed anger at Ford’s suggestion that Keyser could not recall the party because of the ‘significant health challenges’
•The ‘health challenges’ have not impaired her memory but being caught up in the Kavanaugh scandal has proved physically trying
By Laura Collins In Silver Springs, Maryland
Speaking exclusively to DailyMailTV a family member close to Keyser, 52, said: ‘Christine didn’t give her so much as a heads up - as far as I know they haven’t really spoken for several years and they’re certainly not close anymore.
‘Leland was completely blindsided by her name being thrown into it all. The first thing she knew about it was when she woke up on Thursday morning and her name was just everywhere. It was crazy.’...
Keyser’s attorney, Howard J Walsh III, last night confirmed that his client has spoken with the FBI and that when she did so she could not corroborate Ford’s account...

But Keyser’s relative revealed the mother-of-two’s shock at being named as a witness by a woman to whom she has barely spoken in recent years.
And they expressed anger at Ford’s suggestion that Keyser could not recall the party because of the ‘significant health challenges’ she has faced in recent years...
The family member went on to explain that the ‘health challenges’ faced by Keyser have not impaired her memory...

He should use it to hire private investigators and a law team to sue Ford and her lawyers for all they have.

Oh wow that’s awesome, I hope he does. Not only for himself but to give the Ratscum seconds thoughts about doing this ever again.

I’m pretty sure his legal team are White House appointed; their costs/fees don’t come out of his pocket. THO he did hire the woman attorney, Wilkinson, but I would imagine that’s paid for by the WH also.

Best, most satisfying, money I’ve spent all year was my minor donation to the Kavanaugh GoFundMe page!

Perhaps this is how we deplorables at last see justice of some sort. To see the entire DNC out in the cold, cold dead of night rather than just a few lost souls gathered around a dying campfire. I can live with that; can you?

Yes he should. He can go after SwetnicK as well although I bet she has no money. Ford on the other hand has 2 pieces of property in California that would be worth about 3 to 4 million dollars. Take it all.

Totally agreed. Restaurants, his daughters events and graduations, going to a movie. This “new and improved” socialist democrat never lets up.

Didn’t know it was there. Time to contribute.

One point through all this; Kavanaugh, a top Harvard lawyer, obviously brilliant, in the prime of his career could be making millions by now. Could have been a millionaire several times over by this point in his life.

Instead, he is a Federal Judge making $244k a year. Granted, not chicken feed; but he would be paying multiples of that just in taxes if he went private.

What this man has given up to serve the country cannot be discounted. And now these Democrat animals do this to him!

Good news - he will likely be confirmed and the GOP is so angry they will get to the polls in droves on the 6th; hold the House and increase our members in the Senate.
