I would guess that Manchin and one other Dem will cross over. Manchin needs this even though he votes with the Dems almost 100% of the time.

I hope Trump goes to WV a few more times to rally against him.

I don’t know what Manchin will do; he’s a weasel and Schumer’s butt-boy.

Regardless of what he does, I have already decided how I will vote in November.
