In my New Jersey household we have four votes for Hugin...

Seems to me the most valuable strategy is getting people you know who plan to vote GOP to actually vote. Many people plan to and, for one reason or another, don't. Friendly phone call. "Hey, a few of us are voting at 6pm and are going for dinner after. Join us?"

Yup,forgot Missouri. But the Rd States are easy pickin’...particularly after this Kavanaugh sham. Winning a NJ Senate seat would be almost as sweet as DJT carrying PA.

Donnelly is going down. IN is fired up and hacked off royally. Hopefully WV, MO AND FL follow suit.

New Jersey voters like to tease upset possibilities in Senate races, but their history shows they ultimately come “home” to their party.

WV and NJ not too likely.
ND, IN, MO, MT and FL are easily winnable. With the newly angry energized Republican base, I’d say we pick all 5 from the Democrats. Right now we have all the momentum, most of it from the Kavanaugh blowback.

Sometimes I secretly hope the Dems keep stalling for another two weeks and keep bringing up more crazy stories about gang rapes and whatnot. Avenatti is the best thing for GOP turnout.

Menendez is a sleaze who should thank GOD every day he’s not in prison where he belongs.

I sincerely hope Hugin wins just because it will mean Menendez lost.

If it happened, it would be great. But I don’t have high hope for NJ. After all this shithole elected that Spartacus crooker.

Yep. Menendez is +11 (Quinnipiac) and +6 (Fairleigh Dickinson). It’s NJ.. it’ll go for Menendez and it won’t be close. I hope the GOP isn’t pouring money into that race.

Hugin is running an intense, smart campaign - now promising to see to it that Route 55 from the AC Expressway to the Cape May shore points is finally completed after decades - made me think twice about maybe voting for him - but - he’s still the guy who said he wasn’t your typical Republican - he’s pro choice and gay marriage, and doesn’t support Republican President Trump - so.....nah....

Nobody talks about it, but we have an outside chance of getting a super majority in the Senate.

In order to get a super, filibuster-proof, majority we need to hold Republican and open seats (we should) and win nine Democrat held seats. Here are the 12 most vulnerable Democrats:

MI-Stabenow
NJ-Menéndez
OH-Brown
PA-Casey
WI-Baldwin
MN-Smith
MT-Tester
WV-Manchin
FL-Nelson
IN-Donnelly
MO-McCaskill
ND-Heitkamp

Plus, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was at least one Republican upset in a solid blue state.

I am pretty sure Trump realizes this and it is why he is spending so much time campaigning for all the senators above (instead of House candates, where the Republicans are much more vulnerabke.)

It’s a bit of a longshot, but a real possibility. Can you imagine Trump with a majority in the House and a filibuster-proof Senate? That would be so much fun.

Note: Don’t believe the Fake Polls. They are purposely over-optimistic for Democrats, because people tend to not donate money to candidates they expect will lose.

We live in largely republican area of N.J. that will go for Hugin in a big way. Normally I would shun a pro-death pro gay marriage candidate but if it means getting rid of the dirt bag I will hold my nose and vote Hugin as will 75% of my friends. I will even put out yard signs for him.

Every single voter on NJ could vote for Hugin, and Menendez would still winAnd if by some miracle Menendez were to lose, the NJ State supreme court would simply appoint him Senator,as happened with Lautenberg.
