Fraud does not want an FBI probe, that is the last thing she wants with all the dirt on her out there.
They will go through the motions with a few more gestures but they have lost heart.

Give her and her attorneys what they ‘want’. Grassley should refer her and her attorneys to the FBI/DOJ for a CRIMINAL investigation (perjury, etc. - she demonstrably lied in the hearing) & she’ll have plenty of opportunity to talk to the FBI. It will be more comprehensive than a background check on Kav AND I do believe the FBI would then be able to compel her to produce the records (polygraph/therapist notes) that Grassley has asked for & her attorneys have said they will only give to the FBI. So, arrange for her to talk to the FBI by making that referral.
