I’m only guessing here, but the reported desire by her (repulsive) legal team ‘repeatedly reaching out’ to the FIBs may be rooted in their being mighty skeert about something.

They probably want an opportunity to “clarify” some of her numerous lies.
“...multiple letters and emails that include names of witnesses and evidence...”. It’s really about sending FBI investigators on wild goose chases with more witnesses that have no knowledge of it either or who have been coached into corroborating her fake story. It’s still about the delay.
She already gave her testimony. It was worthless and gave no direction, so they reviewed the video and took what they could and went on with their work.
The FBI can’t “find” anything against Kavanaugh. They are not investigating any crime. They are merely sitting down and asking the the “witnesses” named by Ford if they want to change their story.
If they do they would then be subject to a charge of perjury for lying to the Senate.

Dems were played with the avoidance of questioning by “a bunch of old white guys”.

They have everything in writing already. If even the basic details of the letter are proven false, there is no reason to proceed.

it might be an opportunity to highlight the changing number of participants, the moving dates and to get the therapist notes. i’d like all the Mitchell points reinforced - and those therapist notes.

I'm pretty sure she is on some type of meds....I watched he go in and out of the world while she was testifying......like she was an 8 year old....
Her statement was recorded in congressional testimony assumed to be true and accurate. They are either showing that the testimony already entered into evidence is true and accurate or not. That is not difficult. All indications are That it’s not accurate and she Ohta be scared to death.
Interview everyone else, then the main parties.
