Ford's lawyers send letter to FBI: "It has been five days" and no interview yet
CNN Fake News ^ | 2 October 2018 | Phil Mattingly

Lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and FBI General Counsel Dana Boente on Tuesday, saying they have received no response from the FBI after offering Ford’s full cooperation with the investigation last Friday.

Debra Katz and Michael Bromwich say they have sent the FBI multiple letters and emails that include names of witnesses and evidence “that would likely assist the FBI” in its investigation.

They also write, “This afternoon, we learned of media reports that the FBI does not intend to interview either Dr. Ford or Judge Kavanaugh. We hope that this reporting is inaccurate."

"It is inconceivable that the FBI could conduct a thorough investigation of Dr. Ford’s allegations without interviewing her, Judge Kavanaugh, or the witnesses we have identified in our letters to you.”

They are requesting a call with either Wray, Boente, or the agent conducting the Kavanaugh investigation Tuesday afternoon.

Because your client is a mental patient and a liar?

I’m sure they have all the nonsense they need from Chrissy.

I wonder if the Ford team is just a little scared at the moment.

She’s already lied under oath to Congress. Why is there need for another interview?

No need to interview her, she already testified. So did Judge K.
Their job is to find proof she lied.

Considering Ford said under oath, that she knows practically nothing about her claimed incident, why waste time asking her tough questions like: When did the event happen? Where did the incident happen?

You know tough questions.

The FBI already has her statement from committee testimony.
The FBI is doing her a favor. She would be caught in a lie.
And that’s a federal crime.

Aren’t they supposed to keep this stuff confidential? Could it have been her lawyers who leaked the allegations to the press, to get the drama going?

Wait a minute. First, during the hearings, the written testimony of Leyland/Judge and others was not good enough. An FBI investigation was needed to personally interview them. Are they changing their minds now, saying that the FBI is needed because a full in-person testimony is not good enough too?

My understanding is that normal FBI procedure is to interview the suspect last.

She didn’t say all that needed to be said at the Senate testimony? I mean I know the Democrats didn’t challenge her in their statements but…

What would the FBI do that 9 Senate Democrats, 10 Senate Republicans, their combined staffs, and Michelle Mitchell didn't already do? The investigation was for the other allegations, and new witnesses.

Yes. After they know the facts they know what to ask her to catch her in a lie.

The subject of the investigation is the final interview they conduct. By the time they get to the actual subject, they know about as much as is possible to know. Then, the subject has every opportunity to lie and trip themselves up.

All of the accusers from the beginning have said We want an FBI investigation why do think that is? Ford is the only one who spoke before the committee.

I say they are hoping for a corrupt FBI person someone they know or who is in on their plan.
