Polling of 800 people seems puny.

I'll tell you one thing that is for sure. Electronic voting machines are the greatest threat to democracy that ever came along. The Marxist Dems and the best election stealing device that ever fell in their laps can steal a town that's 75% Christian conservative and back it up with fake polls and no one will say a thing about it.

Florida is hardly 75% Christian conservative, but you get my point.

Remember how just a few days ago Gillum was supposedly up 10 points? Hahaha

Probably. State legislatures do the redistricting for Congressional elections, and state supreme courts can overturn them.

They did this crap to Judge Roy Moore in Texas.

Roy Moore was way ahead in the polls. Made sense since it was Roy Moore country.

Very troubling indeed.
Especially since Moore was running for the Senate seat in Alabama.

Is this due to all the people coming from Puerto Rico? These races shouldn’t even be close. What is wrong with people?

Thanks for the correction.

Alabama

I knew it was a traditionally conservative state.

I have not seen any ads or signs for DeSantis in our area.

***********

Are there other candidates ads posted all around? Areas depending upon
their political leanings may or may not have a lot of signs posted. The
small signs are one of the last things that go up in bulk just before
voting day.

No signs of any kind in Brandon / Valrico - except for old ones left over from primaries

I voted for trump and volunteered for him. Made calls, drove people to the polls.

DeSantis needs better commercials. He needs to be hammering the cost of all Gillum's "free stuff" proposals

He also needs to go after Gillum's pro illegal alien and anti ICE stance.

Rick Scott was a good governor but he needs to come on harder against Do Nothing Nelson.

The key thing is turnout. I got everyone in my family out to vote. I got friends to vote. I went to retirement homes and drove people.

A lot of PR refugees from Maria in FL and they vote Dem as a block. We need a critical turnout effort.

Trump coming wouldn't hurt either.

DeSantis must be broke because I see no television time for him or yard signs. Gillum supporters have been chased out of our neighborhood three times. Haven't seen one for DeSantis.

This poll is a good sign but he must be hitting some serious headwinds.

Kavanaugh insanity has ensured every red stated democrat will lose every state wide race.

Manchin was probably the only one likely to survive before this.. but after Kavanaugh, even he’s likely done even if he votes yes.

The red tide and Lake Okeechobee pollution are the only stories getting airtime in the SW Florida races. If Scott and DeSantis lose, it will be because they lost support in the Republican stronghold of SW Florida due to red tide and fresh water algae blooms.

Recall governor appoints when a sitting rep dies or is indicted and leaves office between elections ...

The polls are having Gillum (who could make Jerry Moonbeam Brown look conservative) beating DeSantis...I doubt it...Where did they get those 800 people? I bet they don’t go into the rural counties...

The Democrat local media is pushing red tide

No DeSantis commercials about what a socialist whackjob Gillum is.

Gillum is a better natural speaker than Obama and he's hitting the typical democrat health care points - never says where he'll get the money to pay for it all - but nobody in the Florida press asks

Plenty of vulnerability but so far DeSantis seems to be sleepwalking

Don't fool yourself. This one is going to be a squeaker - we could very well lose both. Volunteer and get everyone you can out to vote
