WTH is wrong with Flake? "We can't have" partisanship on the court? What? We already have rank partisanship on the court -- see Ruthie Ginsburg.

That’s it. He’s a ‘no’.
He doesn’t even care about the investigation now.

Is he nuts? Well yes. The SCOTUS is very sharp and partisan.

flake was never going to vote yes. He is only interested in sticking it to Trump.

Yup that sounds like Jeffy Flake (D-Soros)

We cant have that on the Court, said the Arizona senator, who didnt elaborate on which interactions he was referring to.
Nope, can't have a conservative who defends himself against salacious charges.
Nope, can't have that says a "man" in name only.

McConnell just needs to ignore Flake. I think he’s PO’ed a lot of people, including perhaps a number of liberal GOPers and even some Dems because of his self-righteous, smarmy attitudes.

Flake has kept moving the goal post.
Time for The Turdle to move on from Flake
and do whatever is necessary to get Collins
and The Cowski votes.

He’s either being paid off or he’s trading favours for a future payoff.
We will find out that payoff come November.

Flake is and has committed political suicide. Not sure what his current plans are but they surely don’t include politics. The chance of him winning at a national level is less than Gary Johnson, Kascich, or Fiorina.

And... these comments were about Kavanaugh’s testimony to the hearing Thursday... AFTER WHICH Flake said he’d vote YES.
Need a couple GOPers to get in his face and scare that pathetic little pu$$y back the other way.

And this is a prime example, Flake-y, as to why your polling for re-election was mired around 20 percent. Don’t worry, you can join your cohorts Pelosi and Beto here in Austin later in the month for a love-fest.

Heitkamp and Manchin are probably going to swing over and support Kavanaugh. I’m guessing Collins and Murkowski will support him too. If that happens Flake is Mr. Irrelevant and will find a place in the dust bin of history. If remembered at all, he’ll be thought of as a spineless coward who betrayed his party.

I have one thing to say to Flake and that argument, Justice Abe Fortas. Anyone of out there remember him, LBJ’s man on the court, he had to resign after only 4 years on the court.
