I don’t know why she hasn’t brought out the video yet. However, the video was only one part of her story. This lawyer decided that, since she couldn’t deliver the video, her entire story was “uncorroberated”, even though Ellison admitted something happened, and her son has said he saw the video.
It is nice to be a democrat..

Since when do lawyers clear allegations of domestic violence? It’s a criminal matter. This Fox headline is worthy of CNN.
The Foul Bureau of Idiocy only investigates conservatives, so not going to happen.

Lawyers don’t “clear” anybody of anything; the courts do.
Since when does a lawyer decide anything?
If I’m sitting home watching TV I can pretty much guarantee I will be “unable to substantiate” anything.
Put it in front of a judge.
