There were also accusations that Christine Ford was under a hypnotic trance during her testimony.”

Ridiculous but l have no doubt she was “medicated”.

Did you notice the coffee incident?

She was given a cup of coffee, put sugar in it, the man attorney told her to stir it and the ‘woman’ attorney stirred it for her. I think someone wrote that Booker had gotten the coffee.

Just watching it in real time, it struck me as very odd. Her demeanor did seem to change a little but that was absolutely not normal when you go back and watch it.

So that paper is why Ford was asked a question about techniques for retrieving memories by the questioning attorney during the Senate committee hearing. I had thought it was to probe if her therapist had hypnotized her and implanted suggestions. But now her appearance and little-girl voice makes sense — she used a self-hypnotizing on herself to put her into the state of being the 15 year old terrorized by partying boys at a house party. She seemed to snap out of that voice when she made the pseudo-scientific explanation re “hippocampus”. Interesting.
