The CIA, NSA, or FBI leaked these texts to the media. They are wholly without oversight by the government of and by the people. They are a foreign power controlling the government and manipulating the media for its own ends.
There is a way to find unique hits to a website per day or week, iirc. I found it a few years back and forgot where I found it. I’ll see if I can find it again once I get to my computer and off of this cell. If I can I’ll link you in.

More purely anecdotal evidence I observe: the number of articles posted is way down (often find that not many were posted overnight). The average age of readers seems to be going up. People come and go a lot more...fewer long-term, committed FReepers.
Gosh - a man falsely accused and having folks pile on tries to see if any of his friends remember anything because it was 36 years ago and the liars are buffing up their “recollections”...how dastardly!
SO WHAT! Obviously, Kavanaugh and his allies got wind of her plot during the six days she claimed she needed to ‘assess her memories’ - when she was not only fabricated her story but contacted many of their mutual alumni, trying to recruit co-conspirators in her lie.
I noticed the lack of overnight posting myself.
Sometimes I would get on the site and start pulling down through News/Activism and run into a post I looked at before I went to bed still on page 1.

even the story isn’t accurate... Ramirez and co. had been contacting classmates since the Ford story broke, so the fact classmates of Kavanaughs were exchanging text messages post Ford because another female had been contacting classmates to corroborate is not surprising. Would anyone have known the exact story Ramirez was now flogging? no... not until the New Yorker piece came out.
