California is pulling its own version of the 19th Amendment. Any sane male, business owner or not, should be scared silly at this point into voting Republican. After eliminating the Democrat then it can be determined how to deal with the RINOs.
Yep, that is once a federal court rules that it is unconstitutional. But until then it has the force of law so bring on the (unqualified?) females.

Under federalism, states like California would be perfectly free to require things such as this. The federal government would have no say.
