The excerpt could not have selected more poorly. It is not what it seems based on the excerpt alone. It is actually an excellent indictment of the unhinged left and their hatred of white males.

I would argue that while the author says “For his part, Kavanaugh said the weeklong National Rape Crisis had nothing to with being white and everything to do with the fact that the Democrats are seeking blood vengeance for his aggressive probing of President Bill Clinton for being a serial perv...” that is actually payback for Garland.
In a way I don’t blame them; if the Democrats had done to a nominee of ours what the we did to Garland I’d be spoiling do to any and everything to derail anyone they sent, period. I think they are much more upset than they have ever been before, or at least in the last 150-200 years; 1820 and 1824 were pretty violent and brutal.
Payback for Garland???
What the heck did anybody “do” to Garland? His honor was not impugned, he was not branded a rapist or sexual abuser, he did not have women and men coming out of the woodwork saying how evil he was, and his reputation was not besmirched.
The only thing that happened with Garland is that nothing happened. Is this worth blood vengeance?
If it were me or my candidate? heck yes. I sure as hell didn’t like the guy, especially on RKBA, but personally I think not bringing it up for a vote was -while successful as a tactic - just as bad in the long run as using the ‘nuclear option’ was for the other side in terms of the payback when the opportunity arises.
I’m of the opinion that *ALL* candidates should go directly to an up or down vote. Elections have consequences and the elected President should get their person unless tangible, criminal activity can be proved. Just my opinion.
