No reasonable prosecutor would bring sexual assault charges against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh based on the public evidence, the prosecutor whom Republicans hired to ask the questions during last week's Senate hearing said in a memo to senators.
In the memo, which was sent to all Republican senators and was obtained Sunday night by NBC News, Rachel Mitchell, the deputy county attorney in charge of the Special Victims Division in Maricopa County, Arizona, said her "bottom line" was that "a 'he said, she said' case is incredibly difficult to prove."
"But this case is even weaker than that," Mitchell wrote. "Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them."
"I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the committee," she wrote....

Anyone with a semblance if a brain knows thus from the non-specific allegations she made. Impossible to prove or disprove.
This report would seem superfluous, but it’s how politicians feel the need to act.
Flake can point to this for his opinion.
Whoa! Network news bringing this up. GOOD! Now to see if CBS and ABC follow suit. Dems won’t watch FOX News but they do watch the networks’ evening news.
A lot of people thought Mitchell’s questioning was weak, and I did, too, at the beginning. But it didn’t take long to see what she was doing and after that I was cheering.
It was irritating that she had to stop every 5 minutes for the dems to have their turn but that might be what made her tactic work so well. Ford didn’t have time to figure out what was going on. It seems her lawyers took a while to figure it out too. But they did and that’s when they started jumping in.

Ms. Mitchell is probably going to need security, to change her phone number, and maybe even move. That’s how unhinged the LEFT is now. They are crossing the line and something must be done to set them straight and all that implies. There is no other way.

Or it might be. Mitchell works for the Maricopa County District Attorney’s office. The head of the office is Bill Montgomery, a political ally of Flake. I can’t imagine that Mitchell and Flake have not met in the past.
A lot of the points I’ve made on thread here, are in Mitchell’s account. One thing I didn’t realize though, in going through the timeline of things, is that on July 10th, Ford met in person with Eschoo. She advised Ford to write a letter to Feinstein. It took 10 days for that letter dated July 30th, to be delivered to Feinstein on July 30th. What in the hell was Ford doing in the meantime? It took her 10 days to write a letter?
They have to throw the truth into the mix every now and again to keep their cover.
Agree. She’s actually in danger now. Something must be done about the LEFT. Drastic action must be taken......anything on the table. Nobody should be in physical danger due to political differences. It’s time to strike back........somehow, someway.
