I don’t remember the Senate debate on Bill Clinton, when he was accused of rape by women in the day.
He was becoming president, but crickets.
Those charges were much more plausible than against Kavenaugh, but the Republicans never pursued them.
Why? The Democrats trot these flim flam artists out, and the Republicans don’t force an accounting when there are real cases.
It’s infuriating.
