As we watched Democrat after Democrat mimic each other in demanding Kavanaugh endorse a new FBI investigation, they wished we would disremember they virtually unanimously raced to a microphone and camera to denounce the very idea of Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh instantaneously upon his formal appointment.
. . . and hoped against hope - successfully - that Kavanaugh did not reply to their quoting him as being for any way of getting at the truth by saying that he had since learned that delay simply meant more smears on his name, nothing else.

LINDSEY GRAHAM ON THIS WEEK: "We'll do a wholesale investigation of what I think was a despicable process."

<><> Who in Feinstein's office betrayed Ford's trust?

<><> Why didn't Ford know we were willing to come to California to depose her?

<><> did someone on the Judicial Committee send Ford's confidential letter to the media causing the hearing to be delayed?

<><> who referred Dr. Ford to Ms Katz, a lawyer who is a Democrat activist?

<><> were Ford's lawyers representing her or Democratic interests?

<><> was Ford coached to say things that advanced the Democrat agenda? Sept 30

"If the Republicans, no matter their excuse, do not confirm Kavanaugh next week, ..."

We didn't get Gorsuch on the Supreme Court by staying home on election day. We elected the best Republican we could find. Staying home because some RINOs messed up one confirmation would be suicidal. You want to punish the entire Republican Senate because of two RINOs? That's nuts.

If Republicans would all think clearly they would realize that an unsuccessful vote on Kavanaugh should result in gaining more seats in the Senate in November and a smooth follow-up confirmation. I can imagine no reason not to re-nominate Kavanaugh in January and have him confirmed by 52 or 54 true Republicans.

Kavanaugh said that he would never quit. Neither will I.

Articles like this one that argue that we should punish true Republicans because there are not enough true Republicans are illogical garbage intended to sow discord where there should be none.
