Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s office will be investigated to determine if it leaked a confidential letter from Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) said Sunday.
Cotton—who announced the investigation shortly after President Trump suggested Feinstein may have released the letter at a rally—said lawyers who worked with Ford will also face an investigation by the Washington, D.C. Bar for allegedly misinforming her that Senate Judiciary Committee staffers would not travel to California to speak with her about her alleged assault.

Help me out folks. I have not followed this nearly as closely as y’all, but wouldn’t proving that this was leaked lend credibility to Ford’s accusations (i.e. there was truly something there that should have been kept confidential)?
That's my thought as well.
Why don’t they add her Chinese spy driver to the investigation as well? And, all the contracts her husband benefited from?
This isn’t the first time she did this either. She claimed she had a bad cold when she released Glenn Simpson’s testimony.

More likely, Ford's lawyers (DF may have been aware of this or planned it). It's supposed to be hard to nail lawyers bc atty/client privilege but the Cohen raid incinerated that idea.
Or Ford herself, her friends/family, or her lawyers.

I was also thinking that the DNC could have planted operatives to “help” Ford.
While that all sounds very optimistic, upon watching the video, I would say that if what you are proposing is true, then everyone on that panel deserves an Oscar award. They simply are not that good. It’s much more likely that Flake really is the simpering, sniveling, back-stabbing scum that he always has been. He is certainly no dragnet genius laying traps for the Democrats.
A primary observation of the hearings was total co ordinted unity. The question I would ask is where is the centroid, the center of operations the point of control.
Then the issue rises, who leads that effort? Who is their leader?
