President Trump went after Democrats Saturday night at a rally in West Virginia, a state whose Democratic senator could be a crucial swing vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Mr. Trump targeted West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin, calling him "Washington Liberal Joe" and linking him to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters.
If Democrats are elected, Mr. Trump said, "you'll have Venezuela, Big Version."
Manchin is one of the Senate's most vulnerable Demoracts up for re-election this year. Republicans have a 51-49 majority in the Senate, meaning that they can only afford to lose one Republican vote to still be able to confirm Kavanaugh. Manchin voted to confirm Mr. Tru

Poor Joe. He can’t vote “no” on Kav and survive but Trump is campaigning for his opponent. I guess he could cry rape but I suspect that most West Virginians, like me, would LOVE to see a Rat raped after what we have seen in the last week.
He votes with republicans when it doesn’t matter and with Dems when it does. They need the clip of him starting to stand at the SOU speech and then quickly sitting back down when he notices Schumer not standing.

When I was in the military my attitude was that if you were doing your job I would tolerate quite a bit. If you weren’t I wouldn’t tolerate a goddam thing. But I worked for a 0-6 for a while whose style was really different. He would walk you down the hall and explain what he needed in a really friendly tone but with a few scattered references that made it clear if you f**ked up he would really be unhappy. I see Trump taking that walk with Manchin and a few others and reminding them that they will not always be Senators but he will always be a Billionaire. If you know what I mean. If I was him I would do it.
LOL funny you say that. I see the same thing. His whole being is “Builder”. He gets things done because the people around him know if they don’t they are gone.
While I didn’t totally agree with his management style I had to agree it worked. You would do anything to avoid that walk down the hall.

They may slowly be getting the message because of Joe’s voting record. That is something he cannot hide from.

The recent McConnell-based PAC spots have gotten better as the campaign has gone on. But they need to make a spot with this clip, and pound the heck out of it. My $0.02.
