Well this is pretty funny. Kavenetti has never offered to come forward and cooperate except when he has issued demands such as offering to have his client take a lie detector test but only if Kavanaugh does. And having his client come forward and testify but only if the FBI investigates.
I think the mandate was to investigate current credible accusations, so no reason he should expect contact from federal investigators.
I hope the feds will be breathing down your neck very shortly. FBI, DOJ, IRS...any one of them would have cause to pay you an uncomfortable visit.

When this is over it will not be too late for the FBI to do a nice little investigation on the Bankrupt Avenatti.
Probably best to let the FBI investigate it since they are outlandish claims and Creepy Porn Lawyer will take it to the media anyway. If the FBI investigates it puts him in a box for a few days. They’ll find nothing to corroborate these preposterous allegations and when he does go to the media the FBI will have already looked into it. I suspect if the FBI does inquire he will just try to delay, delay, delay and the FBI report can note that Creepy Porn Lawyer and his client were not forthcoming.
