Good afternoon lovely lady.

“I trust today’s FBI as far as I can throw Michael Moore.”

Yep.

I wonder if she will be prosecuted for lying to the FBI?

I see this as the fbi’s/Deep States opportunity to get even with Trump for all the criticism he has directed towards them and the Deep State.

Manufacture something on Judge K., he gets voted down, Repubs stay home, Rats win congress and protect the Deep State for the next 2 years with the bonus of affording the fbi do additional investigations into Trump.

True but you are being 1 or 2 dimensional in your thinking. Consider this, they are being unopposed or better yet they being allowed to commit treason so they can more easily caught red-handed and tried.

FBI can investigate (a la Mueller’s gang) until the cows come home, but the FBI or the DOJ or any one else have no constitutional authority to stop the US senate from confirmation vote.

The FBI investigation is not the problem, the problem is there are less than 50 senators willing to vote yes right now. If repubs had 51 votes (incl Pence) it does not matter where FBI is at in their investigation. The real problem is Flake, Murky and Collins.

A government agency conducting itself a particular way is not remotely analogous to the ringing of a bell. Where do you get the idea that a corrupt agency isn’t corrupt anymore.

"FBI reaches out to second woman..."

Maybe the FBI could solicit the assistance of Jolly Joe Biden in this "reaching" endeavor.   (Joe stands out as having a notorious reputation for being quite adept at reaching out to women.)

I agree with your factual analysis, but must add that the FBI agents are out and about roiling the memories of the targets of their investigations, futile and repetitive as it may be......while churning up old dirt, and participating in another week of torture and misery for the Kavanaugh family and the two young girls.

Therefore, the FBI IS a part of the ongoing smear crusade, whether it wants to be or not....and some of the investigators may very well be hard-core anti-Trumpers.

EVERYONE and EVERYTHING matters in this horror show, including the new FBI probe...and I simply can't trust all of the players in this bureau right now.

May you be proven right.

There have been enough delays to prove patience and willingness to hear the opposition to the nomination. Now get him confirmed.

Sucking wind Avenutty, go back and replay the final part of the Senate Committee meeting where they voted for the FBI probe to be limited to 1 week and the Dems agreed. Total psych jobs by the Repubs with Flake playing a role and after he spoke to the Dems about and FBI probe Grassley made a motion to limit it and the Dems were still in the hallway. He gaveled them to order and they voted and it passed. After reviewing what happened with Flake it was masterful in how once again the Dims got played. And then add to the FBI stuff is the call for a probe into the Dimbulbs smear campaign using false witnesses etc to go after Kavanaugh

They are so screwed

Go chase an Ambulance Avenutty, and hope it hits you as your expiration date is fast approaching

The entire agency is not corrupt. I have friends on the agency. More condition response.

Leni, I’m afraid the mistrust in the FIB is quite warranted!

the stories report that the FBI has been charged with interviewing only the accusers - what about the defenders -what about those that refute ford’s flimsy story?

What about the two men that have signed affidavits saying they believe THEY were the two men in the incident ford is blaming Kavanaugh for - Why are they being marginalized? Who, after all, is going to admit they were the ones if not so? Even then, a hard thing to do...

We need to start screaming and demanding that these two men be investigated and that it not be swept under the rug...

On that we can agree whole heartedly...that we can not trust the deep state FBI. Who knows how deep the corruption goes down the ladder. I am counting on who will be doing the FBI investigation here. If it is mostly field offices in various locations where the known persons of interest reside, it may be fine. How reliable is director Wray? IDK!

But getting back to my point, the main problem here is Flake, Murky & Collins. Republicans simply do not have 51 votes. If those 3 want to destroy a nomination based SIMPLY ON ACCUSATIONS WITH ZERO CORROBORATION, Kavanaugh is at serious risk.

Yeah, the way rats carried on so much about an investigation, it seems the rats know something, or planted something because they sure have become quite.
