It says in 1982 there was 1 ONE year SoL
The Statute of Limitations is no longer in effect in the State of Maryland, regarding sexual assault, but the LE is saying that 36 years ago, the Staute was one year and it did apply, to file a charge. He said this Doctored Fraud charge reportedly took place 36 years ago and therefore falls under that one year Statute of Limitations.
They won’t touch it.
Besides, the attorneys for the accuser said they will not agree to a one week “sham investigation “ by the FBI, and they decline the narrow scope. They want a Mueller style take down, I’m sure.
They’re saying in 1982, the statute of limitations was one year, and that applies now too.
This is a no-go.
What Obama’s FBI will do now is another question. If they do investigate, it will be the very first time since Jan 20, 2017, that they actually obeyed an order from POTUS.
This is all so weird on so many levels....
