Flake is gone in November. There’s that.
I guess he wants to muck things up for Trump before he is gone.
He is one of the ones who wants the GOP to lose big in November to vindicate his comments about Trump. A big loss would provide give that narrative real legs. For that reason I've been more worried about Flake than any of the others...Murkowski and Collins hold Committee Chairmanships they probably would not want to lose, not to mention their own seats. Flake as you mentioned is not running again.
I hope that SOB Flake is catching all hell from his Arizona constituents. But probably not — they put him in there in the first place.
And half the Scottsdale crowd is probably still planning to vote for McCain in 2022 anyway. What can one say about Arizona?
