Hopefully RBG will gracefully retire in time for us to get another constitutional conservative justice confirmed. And the left will be hysterical.
Which is why that would be the opportune time to reopen the discussion about subsidiarity, the 10th amendment, a restoration of federalism, etc.
There have been brief intervals in the past during which at least some lefties have agreed that overcentralization and enforced conformity are problems. If it takes a solid conservative majority on the Supreme Court to open leftist eyes, so be it.

My guess is that there won't be Senate hearings of Supreme Court nominees from now on. They aren't required and they've become tainted.
