You think Cuomo would get a clue why Texas succeeds while NY stagnates. He hates conservatives and lower taxes. Why should businesses relocate there when the state wants to reem them up the wazoo in taxes and regulations. Keep soaking the so- called rich Cuomo and everyone who has a job is ‘rich’ to soak.
