Translation: “Trump voters are stoopid and don’t have college degrees.” Explain me, then: BS in Electrical Engineering, 7 patents. Trump voter.

I guess there’s a problem with the definition of “better-educated!” Those who go to college today do not come out better-eductated, but rather Marxist clones of their worthless professors. Al Pacino (Col. Frank Slade, in “The Scent of a Woman”) was right, “someone should take a flamethrower to nearly all colleges that exist today!”

It's the non-college educated white voters who are strong supporters of Trump...Fifty-two percent of voters without a college degree backed Trump in 2016

So, 48% of the non-college educated voters were "strong supporters" of Hillary.

The difference doesn't seem to be as monumental as the media likes to imply, but thank you 52% of non-college educated voters. Good job saving the world.

Just another lame attempt to frame Trump voters as stupid and uneducated.

The articles about their racism will come out next week, then the sexist articles the following week.

Eff them all.

So, it had nothing to do with using a D+9 turnout model?

The educational industrial complex is why the college-educated thing comes up. A lot of education and civil service apparatchiks get meaningless, non-academically rigorous certifications (including Master’s and PhD’s) requiring trivial amounts of work, in order to get promoted. These apparatchiks tend to vote Democrat. The media’s suggestion is that people with these meaningless diplomas tend to be smarter than people with mere bachelor’s degrees or even business people with high school diplomas.

You might suspect that media people understand this and are being deceitful. And I think you’d be wrong. Media people are really stupid and innumerate. And that’s not even factoring the blinders imposed by their asinine far left ideology. The one group of people dumber than teachers* might be media people.

* My apologies to all those smart teachers out there. These are averages, of course. But on average, people who become teachers are those who couldn’t hack it in industry. That is changing, now that teacher pay has skyrocketed, relatively-speaking, because it is one of the small number of jobs that hasn’t been outsourced (yet).

Good point. I sense the inherent Leftist racism in this.

They’re failing to take in the fact that much of what passes for “education” these days isn’t worth the parchment or cheap paper the diploma is written on. Left to their own devices, liberals would send cats and dogs to college under a federal grant program but when all is done the recipients of the diplomas would still lick themselves and sniff asses.

Seriously, how smart can you be if you go into debt for life to get the “qualifications” but still cannot tell which bathroom to use?

College-educated white voter, here.

I think the pollsters always knew that Hillary ran a crappy campaign and would likely lose. I think the whole charade was all part of a well-planned disinformation effort, a psychological ploy to convince would-be Trump voters to stay home.

Look, EVERYONE is voting for Hillary...she's leading by such huge margins, why even show up?

That strategy backfired of course, and our country has been saved because of it.

Their survey refers to strong supporters but oddly enough does not leave room for weak supporters of either candidate. What happened to all the moderates they used to go on and on about?

Analyst lies like the pollsters. It’s just slandering Trump supporters.

About a 138 million votes were cast in 2016. If around 100,000 votes had switched in the right places, Hillary would be prez.

No poll of any design except the legal tally has or ever will have a margin of error that small. Period.

The author fails to descern the difference between “educated” and “schooled.”

Those with degrees are assuredly schooled, but not necessarily educated.

They are using “educated” very loosely IMO.

Big difference between having a degree and being “educated”.

Its code for being indoctrinated as a flaming liberal socialist.

Plenty of college folks who are actually educated that end up conservative.

We could easily have quite a few more conservatives from colleges if they had their high grades dropped to be given to other underperforming students who didn’t earn them.

See their hard won scholarships they had based on grades go bye-bye. Then when they drop out because they cant afford tuition anymore, where are the points going to come from to give to the slackoffs, the partiers, those who think they are entitled to a higher score without earning it?

“Political analyst Bill Schneider said on Monday that one of the biggest mistakes made by state pollsters in the 2016 presidential election is that they didn’t give enough consideration to differences in voters’ education.”

I wonder what novel excuse they will come up with if they screw up the polling this year ?
