It's too late to get him seated for the upcoming session, so let's hear what the Kavanaughs have to say.

Let the feminists and their sons talk, too, since they're doing such a good job of it. Maybe they'll figure out who their real fathers are.

That has been debunked. In fact Gorsuch was seated after the season started.

“On April 7, 2017, the Senate confirmed Gorsuch’s nomination to the Supreme Court by a 54–45 vote, with three Democrats joining all the Republicans in attendance. Gorsuch received his commission on April 8, 2017.He was sworn into office on Monday, April 10, 2017, in two ceremonies.” Gorsuch was sworn in just before the court sat for its final two-week session of oral arguments in April 2017; thus he participated in only 13 decisions in his first term.

Among Gorsuch, Kagan and Sotomayor, none was slow entering the oral argument fray, but Gorsuch was somewhat more aggressive in his tone than the other two. In his very first argument on April 17, 2017 Gorsuch asked 30 percent of the questions posed to the lawyers, according to statistics compiled by SCOTUSblog. He engaged in several question-and-answer exchanges that spanned several pages in the Supreme Court’s transcript.

Not true, Gorsuch started serving immediately and didn't have to wait until October. He'll miss the group photo on Monday morning, but I'm sure they'll have a reshoot once he joins.

He was seated on the Tuesday following his confirmation - Monday was a federal holiday!
