Flake might even go along with that, saying that he'd have preferred that Judge Kavanaugh wait for the "appropriate time and place" to speak out, and for that reason he questions Kavanaugh's judgment and will vote no.

Judge Kavanaugh has been a Judge for many years. Believe me, they learn a lot about the criminal mind during that time. He knows what he is doing. When you are being pseudo assassinated, you need a forum which will allow you to speak.
