What’s holding Ms Ford back if she wants an investigation? Go back to where this phony accusation was to have taken place and file a report with authorities. It’s my understanding there’s no statute of limitations in MD.
If she files that report and it turns out false, she can go to jail for filing a false police report.

There was a statute of limitations at the time of the alleged offense. As per SCOTUS it couldn’t be repealed due to ex post facto law prohibition.
