It sure would be nice if they could come up with specific information about what damage that driver did while in her employ.
I’ve followed plenty of ‘specifics’ as they’ve been in the news since cyber warfare was known.
The author could have easily listed resources and without the ‘secrecy’ bit that he was the chosen one for what he thinks or wanted everyone to think was ‘new’ revelations.

I can guarantee the President that there is no relationship. Anything Xi does he does because he thinks it's of benefit to him and not because he likes or dislikes an individual.
